The total price depends of additional workplace's quantity, preparation (customizing) for a work and support. For example the full version (with 3 additional workplaces, without preparation, without priority support) costs $950. Usage of the Windows-Doors application is not time-limited, so you can use the application as long as you want to.

You can order a preparing your data base for a work for $500: setting up, add a price lists, an additional data, customize output documentation and other settings (hire our team or you'll can make the program ready to work yourself).

Also you can buy a priority support for 1 year (see below).

How to make Your program ready to work

You can prepare the Windows-Doors to work yourself ( see user manual here), but you can order a preparation to the work as a service. It this case you should be send a price-lists and an other necessary files for data setting. Also you should be send a template of your outgoing documents (contracts and offer).

We will customize and put your output documents into program. This is paid service. In common cases we add your data into program in 5 work days for 500$.

Usually your common price-lists and contract template is enough for starting of preparing.

Priority customer and technical support

Cost of prioriry customer and technical support depends of paid license's count (3, 10, 25, or unlimited) and time (1 year)

Windows-Doors works in any middle PC with any version of Windows (2000, XP, 7, 8, 10, 11).

Also You can use Windows-Doors on Apple Mac . For using Windows-Doors on Mac need an additional software: Parallels Desktop and copy of Windows.

Our tech support can help you to install additional software on Your Mac if You allow for us a remote access to your Mac (or ask Your system administrator for help).

Updates

If you buy a license for Windows-Doors, you are entitled to free updates within the limits of your major version in 2 years: the digit(s) before the first dot in the version number. The only disadvantage is that sometimes the structure of application data is changed in the next update; if that happens, you can migrate to the next version using one of these options:

• Uninstall the previous version and install the new one, with the loss of your data.
• First save the previous version’s data (save the orders separately, using the standard tools; save the settings and price lists by exporting or copying them to Excel worksheets). After installing the new version of Windows-Doors, import your data into the application manually.
• Order a conversion of your database to the new version’s format. After the conversion, you can install the new version of Windows-Doors and start working with the converted database. Unlike the other two options, this one is a paid service (500$).

After 2 years You can update too:

• An application only (uninstall previous version, install new version, but you'll lost your data) - 450$.
• Update application with keeping your data (we will conversion of your database to new version and check correct manually) - 950$

A change of the digit(s) before the first dot in the version number means a major version update. If you purchased the previous version less than six months before the major version update, you can upgrade to the new version for free; if your purchase was six or more months before the release of the new major version, you are entitled to a 30 percent discount when upgrading to the latter.

Support

If you buy the full version, you will be entitled to free technical support during the first 3 months after the purchase. Actually, setting up and operating Windows-Doors is not difficult enough, so in most cases there is no need for technical support. Or You can order a priority support. We glad to help you!
